We are excited to recommend the Golden Tulip FAB Hotel in Tamsui as the main accommodation for our wedding guests. This is not only a beautiful hotel but also the location of both our ceremony and reception, making it the most convenient choice for those joining us.
The Golden Tulip features modern, comfortable rooms with scenic views and a wide range of on-site amenities. Guests can enjoy access to a shopping mall, a movie theatre, and even an 18-hole golf course—all within the hotel complex. Plus, with its close proximity to the famous Tamsui Old Street, you’ll be neighbours with historic streets, local restaurants, and unique shops to explore during your stay.
We especially recommend staying here from September 26th to 28th, as it will be the hub for much of the wedding activity. Of course, you are welcome to book your entire stay here if you’d like. We are pleased to share that discounted group rates will be available for our wedding guests, making it easy to stay right where the celebrations are happening.

One of its best features is its unbeatable location—literally right in front of Jiantan Station—making it incredibly easy to get around and explore. Whether you’re heading to the wedding events, night markets, or nearby attractions, the MRT is right at your doorstep.
The Tango features stylish rooms, a relaxing atmosphere, and thoughtful amenities to ensure a pleasant stay. It’s a great choice for those who want the perfect balance of comfort and accessibility.
Note: This is where Luke and Rebecca will be staying for the majority of the trip!
The Tango INN

Right beside The Tango Hotel, you’ll find its sister property, the Tango Inn. This hotel offers the same unbeatable location—just steps from Jiantan Station—but in a slightly smaller, cozier setting.
The Tango Inn is a wonderful choice for guests who want comfort and convenience while keeping things a bit more budget-friendly. The rooms are modern, well-kept, and thoughtfully designed, making it an excellent value for its location.
As a personal note, Luke and Rebecca (as well as Luke’s Nana, Diane!) stayed here in September 2025 while planning our wedding, and it was perfect for what we needed—comfortable, practical, and right in the middle of everything.
For those looking for a more affordable stay without giving up location, the Tango Inn is a fantastic option.

Boutech Jiantan Hotel

For guests seeking a comfortable and convenient stay, Boutech Jiantan Hotel is another great option. While it’s not located directly in front of the MRT like The Tango, it is still very close to Jiantan Station, making travel around the city simple and stress-free. Guests can easily walk to the station in just a few minutes, giving you quick access to the wedding events as well as local attractions such as the famous Shilin Night Market.
The hotel offers cozy, modern rooms and a welcoming atmosphere, perfect for resting after a day of exploring or celebrating. Its balance of comfort and accessibility makes it a convenient choice for your trip.
If you’d like something slightly set back from the busy main street but still near all the action, Boutech Jiantan Hotel is an excellent fit.
Note: Luke and Rebecca will be staying at The Tango for the majority of the trip! About a 15-minute walk or a 5-minute Uber away from The Tango and JianTan MRT station.
